What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. They let the shop remember your cart, keep you signed in, and help us see how the shop is used. Pixels and local storage do much the same thing, and everything on this page applies to those too.
You choose
The first time you visit, a banner asks what you allow. Only the strictly necessary cookies are set without your permission, because the shop cannot work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you agree to them.
You can change your mind whenever you want. Open the cookie settings from the footer and adjust your choice, or clear the cookies in your browser. Allowing nothing beyond the necessary cookies costs you nothing: you can still browse, order and return exactly as before.
What we use, and why
Strictly necessary
These keep the shop working: your cart, the checkout, your account session, security and fraud prevention, and remembering which country and language you picked. Placed by us and by Shopify, the platform the shop runs on. These need no consent and cannot be switched off.
Functional
These remember smaller preferences, such as a form you already filled in or a newsletter pop-up you closed, so you don't get the same thing twice. We use Klaviyo for this. Set only with your consent.
Analytics
These tell us how the shop is used, which pages people read and where they get stuck, so we can fix what doesn't work. We use Shopify's own reporting and Google Analytics 4. Set only with your consent.
Marketing
These measure whether our ads do anything and let us show you relevant ads elsewhere. We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, Pinterest and Klaviyo. Set only with your consent.
Who places them
| Party | What it does | Category |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify | Platform, cart, checkout, security, shop reporting | Necessary and analytics |
| Google Analytics 4, and measuring our ads | Analytics and marketing | |
| Meta | Measuring and targeting ads on Facebook and Instagram | Marketing |
| Measuring and targeting ads on Pinterest | Marketing | |
| Klaviyo | Newsletter, on-site forms, and what you looked at | Functional and marketing |
Each of these parties publishes its own cookie information on its website. We only pass on data where it's needed, and we never sell your data.
How long they stay
That differs per cookie. Some disappear the moment you close your browser. Others stay for a set period, from a few days for something like your cart up to two years for analytics and advertising cookies. Want to know exactly what is on your device right now? Your browser shows the full list per website, and lets you delete them there.
Data outside the EU
Some of these parties, such as Shopify and Google, process data partly outside the EU. They do so under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More about this in our privacy policy.
