We ship across Europe with DHL. Order before 14:00 on a working day and it ships the same day. Spend €100 or more and shipping is free, wherever you are. Below that it's €5.95 within the EU and €20 outside it. Outside the EU, import VAT and duties are for your account. You'll get a track and trace as soon as it ships, so you know exactly when you can try things on.
Returns
Not quite your thing, or not quite your size? You've got 30 days to return through our returns portal. Free within the EU, €9.95 from outside the EU. As long as it comes back unworn, with tags and in the original packaging, you're good. Trying things on at home is fine, obviously.
Exchanges
Different size or colour? Return your item and place a new order. That's the fastest way to get the right one, without risking your size selling out.
