Midlayers

A midlayer is your insulating layer for snowboarding and skiing, worn between your base layer and your jacket. It traps your body heat and lets sweat escape, so you stay warm without overheating. That's the whole trick of the three-layer system: base, mid, shell.

Capelin midlayers each do that job in their own way. The Ace looks like your favorite hoodie but carries a waterproof membrane rated 10K waterproof and 10K breathable, so it works as an outer layer on drier days. The Yuki is pure insulation, warm under a shell and good enough to wear on its own in town. The Jake keeps it simple: a soft hoodie, or a crewneck if you'd rather skip the hood.

All of them are cut to layer under a jacket without bunching, and they come in the same colors as the rest of the collection.
