Shipping policy

We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders of 100 euros or more ship free, and below that shipping is 5.95.

Delivery

Order today and we ship the next working day. From there it's down to the carrier, so we won't promise you a date we don't control. You get a track and trace as soon as your package is on its way, which tells you exactly when you can try things on.

If something goes wrong

If you're not home, the carrier leaves your package at a nearby pickup point. Did your package arrive damaged, or not at all? Email support@behindtheride.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

For now we only deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium.
