These terms apply whenever you buy from behindtheride.com.

Article 1 - Who you are buying from

The webshop at behindtheride.com is run by Global Web Trading Company B.V., Valeriusstraat 63, 2517 HN 's-Gravenhage, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 51133423, VAT NL823109495B01, reachable at support@behindtheride.com and on +31 85 073 0450.

Article 2 - When these terms apply

These terms apply to every offer and every agreement between us and you as a consumer. You can read and save them before you order.

Article 3 - Our offer

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Our prices stay the same throughout the season. Clear mistakes in an offer do not bind us.

Article 4 - The agreement

The agreement is final once you place your order and we confirm it by email.

Article 5 - Payment

You can pay with iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, Shop Pay, credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. The methods available to you are shown at checkout and depend on your country. We take payment when you order.

Article 6 - Delivery

We deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping is free from 100 euros, and 5.95 below that. We ship the working day after your order. Delivery itself is handled by the carrier, and in any case takes place within 30 days of your order.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw your order without giving a reason for up to 30 days after you receive it. You'll find the full details in our Refund policy. Returning through our returns portal is free.

Article 8 - Warranty

Our products meet the agreement and the legal requirements. The legal warranty applies.

Article 9 - Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to support@behindtheride.com. We reply within one working day. If we can't solve it together, you can use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 10 - Liability

Our liability goes no further than the law allows. Nothing here limits the consumer rights you have by law.

Article 11 - Intellectual property

All content on behindtheride.com, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Article 12 - Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every agreement.
